Overlays & Resurfacing
Texture-Crete (simulated flagstone/tiles or our specialty “stone” texture)
This is a concrete overlay system made up of a series of polymer modified cement overlay coats that’s applied over primed concrete creating a permanent bond. Using special grout tapes, or v-shaped diamond blade cutting blade, and our Texture-Crete material we can create the look of flagstone, slate, brick, tile and more; at a fraction of the cost of installing real tile or stone’s. It’s colored using integral color mix, transparent stains/dyes, solid “color seal”, and then sealed for a final finish that is designed to last for many years. The entire process can normally be installed in a couple of days with minimal disturbance to surrounding areas. Our manufacturer as well as ourselves has proven Texture-Crete highly effective in hundreds of high profile venues such as Disneyland, Legoland, Toyota, Hyatt and Marriot hotels etc. Though primarily used for resurfacing driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks, it is equally suited for interior living and office areas.
Skimcoat (smooth floor overlay system)
A polymer modified cement specially formulated in use to achieve a smooth surface to be stained, sealed or even just in preparation for another floor surface when needed. Why replace it when you can skimcoat it? If your interior or exterior concrete is anything but pleasant we can prep it, repair cracks and apply our overlay material to give you a new surface ready for your desired finish. This cement is extremely durable, fast drying, and a great cost effective alternative. It can be applied to ANY existing concrete surface and can be built up to 1” or feathered down to 0 at the edges. Used for any area of your home or business that is aesthetically unattractive.
